Partners Federal Credit Union (partnersfcu.org) is the exclusive financial institution for employees of The Walt Disney Company. Clearly, Disney is one of the most imaginative companies in the world, so it stands to reason that Partners embraces the creative spirit as well. We love that.

Truly understanding the Disney brand and how to properly position that comes natural to Agency|51. Our Creative Director, Tony Serna, and Art Director, Scott Phillips, both come from Disney. Agency|51 took the Partners executive team through our intensive 5 stages of Ideation process. And they were committed at every step, including a full brand audit, membership survey and focus group analysis, mood board research, and on and on. Hopefully, we didn’t become pests for Partners. The research of members (and as Disney folks, Partners Members are passionate people!) led to great feedback on everything from logo treatments, to ad designs, to message tonality. What resulted was a re-energized logo, a new visual brand expression, and a much more inviting and intuitive website.

According to Partners, the member feedback on the new website has been 100% positive (Rotten Tomatoes eat your heart out!). But in this case, were more proud of the working relationship (VERY fun, savvy group to collaborate with) than the work itself. We’re proud to have Partners on our side.
